In order to help understand what types of landscape attributes may contribute to genetic variation,
we plotted the populations and Fst values in a Google Maps application. This provides a
familiar interface for dynamic zooming, panning and changing of the background.
CLICK ON A POPULATION to see the Fst values represented by lines between that population and all others. Clicking on a population that is "turned on" will toggle off those lines. Use the drop-down menu below to change the line color to represent Fst/Distance. You may also want to LAUNCH a different map viewer for more detail of TRSs used in calculations.
