Data Exploration Tool for Deer Population Fst Values

In order to help understand what types of landscape attributes may contribute to genetic variation,
we plotted the populations and Fst values in a Google Maps application. This provides a
familiar interface for dynamic zooming, panning and changing of the background.
CLICK ON A POPULATION to see the Fst values represented by lines between that population and all others. Clicking on a population that is "turned on" will toggle off those lines. Use the drop-down menu below to change the line color to represent Fst/Distance.
You may also want to LAUNCH a different map viewer for more detail of TRSs used in calculations.
