Applications, submitted with all supplemental materials (personal statement, transcripts, three letters of recommendation, and test scores-GRE and TOEFL), and application fee of $70 for U.S. students, and $90 for international students, are due by the following dates:
Residency program (combined residency/PhD or combined residency/MS) – October 22, 2012
Graduate Program (PhD or MS) – January 15, 2013
Interested applicants with at least "B" cumulative grade point average are eligible to apply. International applicants must meet minimum GPA requirements based on their country of origin – please go to the following page to find your country’s requirements: http://www.grad.uiuc.edu/admissions/apply/countries
We require a GRE examination score which is not older than five years. International students whose native language is not English must have a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 79, TOEFL CBT (computer based exam) score of 213, or TOEFL PBT score of 550.

The Department of Pathobiology does not request any program-specific questions on the application. All requested documents should be uploaded to the online application – we do not need original documents sent to our office.
