Proceedings Online
Paid conference registrants will have access to proceedings online. Click here to view the proceedings online.
Registrants should have received a user name and password for access, viewing, and printing notes via email or fax.
Prior to arriving at the conference, registrants are encouraged to view and print notes for the lectures they plan to attend.
Every paid conference registrant will receive proceedings on a CD, which is included in the registration fee. Printed copies of the proceedings are available if pre-ordered on or before Sunday, April 11, 2010 ($75).
