The registration fee covers the cost of handout materials, continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks. Payment must be enclosed to guarantee registration. The prices listed below are per person. The early registration deadline is Sunday, March 20, 2011.

Course fees are payable by check or money order to the University of Illinois or by Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express and are due at the time of registration. Early registration is recommended.

Veterinarians and certified veterinary technicians can obtain up to 15.0 CEUs for attendance at the course. Participants will receive continuing education verification at the end of the course.

The course will be held on the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine campus, which is located on S. Lincoln Ave., in Urbana, Ill. For maps and directions visit vetmed.illinois.edu/ope/.
All lectures will be held in room 100 of the Large Animal Clinic, which is located at 1102 W. Hazelwood Dr., Urbana, Ill. Entrance to this facility is through the courtyard area between the Large and Small Animal Clinics. The hands-on laboratory will be held in the Surgery and Obstetrics Laboratory located adjacent to the Large Animal Clinic.
Course materials will be available on the day of the course just inside the entrance located off of the courtyard area between the Large and Small Animal Clinics beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, 2011.
Full refunds, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be given if written notification is received by Sunday, March 20, 2011. Written cancellation should be sent to email@example.com or to the same mailing address to which registrations are sent. Registrations are transferable. After March 20, refunds will not be made.
We reserve the right to cancel programs and to change speakers if necessary. In the event of course cancellation, all registrants will receive a full refund. The University is not responsible for travel expenses in the event of a cancellation or date change.
The University of Illinois is located near Interstates 57, 72, and 74. The community is also accessible by train via Amtrak and airplane through Willard Airport (CMI) at Savoy. The course will be held at the University of Illinois Large Animal Clinic, which is located at 1102 W. Hazelwood Dr., Urbana. For maps and directions, visit vetmed.illinois.edu/ope/.
Course attendees may park in lot F27 and follow the signs to the check-in. The entrance to this lot is off of S. Lincoln Ave. Course attendees should NOT park in the Large or Small Animal Clinic parking lots. These lots are reserved for weekend clients and staff.
