Registration
The registration fee covers the cost of handout materials, laboratories, continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks for each day of registration. Payment must be enclosed to guarantee registration. The prices listed below are per person. The early registration deadline is Sunday, December 19, 2010. Maximum registration is 65 individuals.

Course fees are payable by check or money order to the University of Illinois or by Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express and are due at the time of registration. Early registration is recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be given if written notification is received by Sunday, December 19, 2010. Written cancellation should be sent to ope@vetmed.illinois.edu or to the same mailing address to which registrations are sent. Registrations are transferable. After December 19, 2010, refunds will not be made. We reserve the right to cancel programs and to change speakers if necessary. In the event of course cancellation, all registrants will receive a full refund. The University is not responsible for travel expenses in the event of a cancellation or a date change.

Continuing Education
Veterinarians and certified veterinary technicians can obtain CEUs for attendance at the course. Participants must indicate the need for this and will receive the Continuing education verification at the end of each session.

Course attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. The following hotels are near the College of Veterinary Medicine:

Location
The course will be held on the University of Illinois College of Veterinary medicine campus, which is located on S. Lincoln Ave., in Urbana, Ill. For maps and directions visit vetmed.illinois.edu/ope/.

All lectures will be held in room 80 of the Small Animal Clinic. Entrance to this facility is through the courtyard area between the Large and Small Animal Clinics.

Course Check-In
Course materials will be available on the day of the course just inside the entrance located off of the courtyard area between the Large and Small Animal Clinics beginning at 7:45 a.m. each morning.

Transportation
The University of Illinois is located near Interstates 57, 72, and 74. The community is also accessible by train via Amtrak and airplane through Willard Airport (CMI) at Savoy. The course will be held at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. For maps and directions, visit vetmed.illinois.edu/ope/.

Parking
Course attendees may park in lot F27 and follow the signs to check-in. The entrance to this lot is off of S. Lincoln Ave. Course attendees should NOT park in the Large or Small Animal Clinic parking lots. These lots are reserved for clients and staff. The College of Veterinary Medicine is not responsible for costs incurred as a result of a parking ticket or an automobile tow.
