Paid conference registrants have access to proceedings online. With their registration confirmation, registrants received a user name and password for accessing, viewing, and printing notes.
Online Proceedings Viewing - You will be prompted for a user name and password.
To view the proceedings you will need to have Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or higher and Flash 8 or higher installed on your computer.
Every paid conference registrant will receive proceedings on a CD, which is included in the registration fee. Printed copies of the proceedings are available if pre-ordered on or before Sunday, August 30, 2009.
