Sunday, September 10, 2000, will mark the inaugural running of the "Chicago Veterinary Medical Association Dog Jog." It will be held on Chicago's Lakefront on Montrose Harbor, where activities will include a 5K run, mile walk, kids' events, and reception.
All proceeds will go to Lifelink,
a charity at the University of Illinois College
of Veterinary Medicine. We are planning for over 1,000 participants for
this fun-filled day.
Mark your calendars, start your race preparation, and plan on joining the members
of the Chicago Veterinary Medical Association, and the pets and people of Chicago
on Sunday, September 10, 2000 for the First Annual CVMA Dog Jog!
