Video Conference Rooms


The College now has a variety of videoconferencing options available. These systems are designed to be operated by any faculty, staff or student after a brief introduction. Computing Services offers a short demonstration and test call prior to the conference. For new videoconferences between the College and outside agencies, colleges and universities, it is strongly suggested to have Computing Services initiate a test call a few days in advance.  Please contact request a test appointment by emailing


Support is available during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m Monday – Friday.  (Closed on University Holidays)

Email at least 48 hours in advance to schedule onsite support assistance.

How to choose which room to reserve

When considering the type of collaborative call that best suits your needs, consider the following:

  • What facilities are available on the remote end(s)? Do they have video conference capabilities at the remote site?
  • Do you need live video, or just an audio feed?
  • Do you need to transmit a VGA feed (computer desktop, document camera), or is the video conference simply camera only?
  • Do you need a high end video conference system in one of our “ready to go” rooms, or do you require a manual setup of a desktop system with a USB camera (such as Skype or Microsoft Lync, etc).  A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for a manual setup via email to
