Busy, growing practice in Chicago’s beautiful Norwood Park is seeking an associate veterinarian to join our expanding practice! TLC First Animal Hospital was established in 2008 and our client base continues to expand every year. This is an exciting opportunity for an associate veterinarian to join our dedicated, skilled veterinary team.
TLC First is a small animal and exotic hospital where our holistic philosophy emphasizes alternative and traditional modalities in a new, recently expanded facility. We are equipped with hydrotherapy, class IV laser, endoscope, Idexx in-house lab equipment and digital radiography. Nutritional and herbal alternatives supplement conventional medical treatments for a truly holistic approach to pet preventive and curative medicine.
We are seeking an associate veterinarian who is excited to grow with us! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with small animals and exotics, experience in acupuncture, rehabilitation and/or endoscopy is preferred. S/he will also possess skills in routine surgeries and dental procedures. We pride ourselves on our exceptional client service and patient care and great client education and communication is a must, as well as the ability to work well with the team and demonstrate leadership and teamwork.
Although experience is preferred, we will mentor a candidate who is eager to learn, can work well with the team and help our practice grow.
Compensation will depend upon experience and includes health insurance, PTO, CE, paid membership dues and licenses and more.
