Endometriosis Treatment Does Not Harm Fertility

New Scientist (United Kingdom, Feb. 1) — Two new drugs are the first to treat endometriosis without harming fertility. Through several experiments, Benita Katzenellenbogen, an Illinois professor of molecular and integrative physiology, and her colleagues, including CheMyong Ko, comparative biosciences, discovered that the estrogen receptors in lesions are different from those found in normal reproductive tissue.
