Treatment AreaIt is wellness or general (non-specialist) veterinary care for dogs, cats, and exotics.

How is it a “teaching” facility?
Students from the state’s only veterinary college, located at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, will participate in clinical care and practice management.

This facility will illustrate the highest quality veterinary services and business practices.

Greeters with tablet PCs will welcome pet owners in the reception area instead of remaining behind a reception desk.Reception Area

  • The reception area will feature an Internet-connected information kiosk for use by clients.
  • All examination rooms will be equipped for paperless transactions.
  • Videoconferencing will link clients and students with clinical specialists from the Urbana campus.
  • Imaging, lab work, and surgery capabilities will be state-of-the-art, with digital connectivity throughout the practice.
