VMAA Golf Outing

Vet Med Golf Outing

Join the College of Veterinary Medicine and the Veterinary Medical Alumni Association for the 10th Annual Golf Outing, held annually to support student and alumni activities.

This year’s golf outing will be held at the highly rated and beautiful Whitetail Ridge Golf Club in Yorkville, IL. Partner with your classmates, colleagues, family and friend to create a foursome–you won’t want to miss out on an opportunity to golf this course.

New CE
This year’s outing will also feature 1 hour of CE over lunch. Dr. Larry Firkins, Associate Dean of Public Engagement and Professor of Pathobiology, will be presenting, “Management: I Learned Everything I Needed to Know on the Golf Course,” a topic that will benefit all attendees whether you need the CE or not!

Event Fees
Your registration fee of $125 includes 2 drink tickets, a golf cart for each group, lunch, CE, and dinner at the conclusion of the outing. A portion of each registration fee ($35) is a tax-deductible gift towards the student and alumni activities of the alumni association.

Event Details
The outing will begin at noon with lunch and CE, followed by a shotgun start at 1 PM and dinner at approximately 6:30 PM. Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin, longest drive, longest putt made, and best team score.

Sponsor a Student
Add on an additional ticket to your registration and sponsor a student to golf! We will partner a student with you in your foursome or in another foursome if you already have a set foursome. This is a great way to give back to today’s students!
